Not Satisfied with your purchase? Not a problem.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 7 days of purchase. You can return your product(s) for a refund to the original payment method. Some products are not eligible to be returned or receive a refund.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

  • All purchases for an Eyelash Extension Training Class + Kit are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges. All training class sales are final. 
  • Online Training Class courses are final sale and non-refundable.

 

  • Returned items must be returned in original product packaging

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

    Specific Products:

    Liquids such as,

  • Glue whether unopened or opened is final sale due to health and hygiene reasons

  • Lash Shampoo whether unopened or opened is final sale due to health and hygiene reasons

  • Non liquids such as,

  • Eyelash Extensions can be returned or exchanged if unopened and sealed

  • Strip Lashes are final sale
  • Eyelash Tweezers are final sale due to health and hygiene reasons

  • Products such as, glue rings, eye gel patches, mascara wands, and micro cotton swabs can be returned or exchanged if unopened.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Email Shop@eyedesirebeauty.com with the subject line stating Return/Exchange and order number.

  2. Briefly state the problem and the product(s) you wish to return and quantity.

  3. Wait for a response to approve the return with shipping information or alternative suggestions.

  4. Send item(s)

Additional Information:

  • It will take 5-10 business days for a refund to be processed. Please contact your bank and send an email to us after 10 business days if a refund has not been applied after refund approval.

  • Return shipping fees are deducted from total refund

  • Lost or damaged returns are responsibility of the customer
