Shipping policy 

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (Including weekends) (Excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

If there are any potential delays, it is due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Free shipping: We offer $0 free shipping for orders over $100.

Local delivery 

Local delivery is not available. All orders are mailed with a shipping carrier.

In-store pickup

In-store pick up is available at 308 Tennessee Street, Vallejo CA 94590. You will be notified when your order is ready for pick up. 

 

International Shipping

International shipping is not available at this time.  

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shop@eyedesirebeauty.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes.
